We currently offer three shipping options within Lagos: Standard, Expedited or two day andExpress or Same day Delivery

Not all delivery options are available for each item. Available options and charges will be shown on shipping subtotal of your order.

The cost of shipping for deliveries to other parts of the country is based on total order amount, size and or weight.. An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the.

Free Standard Shipping for Orders over ₦20,000

We offer free Standard Shipping with any online purchase of ₦15,000. Shipping surcharges on over-sized or extremely heavy items will still apply and will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Items shipped directly from the vendors may take longer delivery period.

Standard delivery of orders less than ₦20,000 within Lagos will be charged delivery fee of ₦1,500

• Same day delivery typically arrives same day order was made. However, orders placed after 11am, Monday-Saturday and after 10am on Sunday will be scheduled for delivery the next day. Same Day Delivery is not available on the following holidays: Christmas, Easter Sunday.

• Please note: Same-Day Delivery & product availability are not guaranteed.
• Same Day Delivery is currently available only within Lagos.

Gift cards

Orders containing Gift Cards and no other merchandise will be shipped at no charge via starbox courier service.. Expedited Service is available for a flat rate of ₦1,500. If a Gift Card is purchased along with other items, the shipping charge related to the Gift Card will be waived when Expedited Service is selected

Do we ship internationally?

 Presently, we do not ship outside Nigeria. A delivery address within Nigeria should be provided when ordering outside Nigeria

Where else do we ship?

We currently deliver orders to every state in Nigeria. However charges apply for orders delivered outside Lagos

How do we ship?

Parcel – Your shipment will arrive via UPS, FedEx, or Starbox Express delivery service.

Cargo Delivery –When the size and or weight of your shipment exceed the limits of our parcel carriers, your item will be delivered via Starbox delivery Service for deliveries within Lagos or via one of our trusted cargo carriers. Delivery timeframes will be stated in your cart.
